Privacy, in plain English.

Like everything on this site: what we collect, why, and what we'll never do with it — written so you only have to read it once.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form, on purpose: your name, email, company, employee count, payroll provider, and your question. If you never fill out the form, we collect nothing about you at all.

What we use it for

The short version of everything below: we don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, we don't run ad pixels, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works.

What we never do

Cookies

Right now, this site sets no cookies. If we ever add a basic visit counter (privacy-respecting analytics), it will ask you first — a banner where "no" works just as well as "yes," and nothing loads unless you accept. That's not a legal nicety; it's the standard we recommend professionally.

Where your information lives

Form submissions go to our customer system, accessible only to us. We keep them as long as we're in conversation with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

If you're a California resident, those choices are also your rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honor them for everyone regardless of state.
